Grace is a Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at 26North. She leads the firm’s human capital strategy, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent and building scalable people practices.
Prior to joining 26North in 2022, Grace was a Vice President at Blue Owl Capital, where she advised partner firms as part of the Business Services Platform, a post-investment value creation team.
Previously, she served as Vice President of Human Capital at Annaly Capital Management, where she led firm-wide initiatives across talent, compensation, technology, and people analytics.
Earlier in her career, Grace held compensation and human capital roles at AllianceBernstein and Morgan Stanley.
Grace currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Greater New York.
Grace received a BS in Mathematics – Actuarial Science from Baruch College and an MS in Organizational Behavior from New York University.
